I did feel I was listened to ,though I’m not sure what was offered in the way of support I would be able to do. I was asked if I would like to go somewhere in the town for a coffee which I would love to do but my mobility is not good and when I’m out I feel as though I’m going to fall and it would ruin the support time at the cafe. Everything else was fine when I had support.

I’m not sure there was anymore said or done been any better perhaps it’s because it was my first support and getting to know the person so I can’t really comment at this time.

The consultation was lengthy and relaxed, and at all times informal, professional, and informative. There was lots to cover, and a follow-up email was received with a recap of items discussed.

I really could have talked and asked questions for hours, but understand time constraints.

I’m frustrated how long it’s taken for anything tangible to happen, no therapy, no medication after 3 appointments.

The lady dealing with me is helpful but I feel like her communication is very poor and often I have little or no idea as to what is happening with my case.

[name removed]’s level of care over the last 6 weeks has been so professional showing great kindness, care and compassion together with very helpful links and advice.

[name removed] couldn’t have done any better, he comes across as passionate in helping people. There could be improvement from my perspective from the NHS in providing for example a long Covid members group say once a month online so that people stay connected and supported going through this awful illness which is very isolating. Perhaps reiterating mindfulness, acceptance and general emotional support.
